About Kate

Kate Hendrickson’s real estate career began on the Central Coast while earning her Business degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

After getting her real estate license, she was hired as the Marketing Director for a locally owned international luxury real estate firm, working directly with sellers to prepare and position their homes for maximum exposure and value. After five years in that role, she joined one of the area’s top-producing teams and eventually built her own team.

Today, Kate leads a carefully built team supported by a full-time marketing staff, a transaction coordinator, and trusted local vendors she’s worked with for decades.
